In Partnership with Mhoon Landing, Beyond Balance Collaborative is a movement for leadership, creative growth, and social impact. With our Co-Founder’s extensive experience in leadership, advocacy, and the arts, we provide strategic guidance and creative support to empower individuals, nonprofits, and communities. Through partnerships in consulting, coaching, and creative publishing, Beyond Balance Collaborative is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of each client and creative.

Hollee

Hollee Mangrum-Willis is a nonprofit leader, educator, and advocate with over twenty years of experience in program development, training, and engagement strategies. With a background in psychology and theatre from Wellesley College, she has built a career rooted in youth programming, arts education, and public speaking. From an on-camera correspondent on The Rosie Show, to a Teaching Artist at the Joffrey Ballet, Hollee’s area of expertise is wide reaching. 

Passionate about diversity and equity in dance, Hollee challenges traditional ballet norms and works to create more inclusive and strategic spaces in the arts. She is a dynamic MC, mentor, nonprofit leader and educator who thrives on helping others find their voice and step into their power. Dedicated to fostering creative spaces that uplift and empower communities.

Mackenzie

Mackenzie Bennett is a master ballet teacher, choreographer, coach, and ballet mistress with a passion for guiding young dancers toward excellence. As a former professional ballet dancer, she has worked with a diverse range of dance companies, studios, and projects, including Chicago Ballet, Bryant Ballet Chicago, MOOSE Project, La Belle Performing Arts, and Katie’s Dance Project. She has spent over seventeen years on faculty and in leadership within the dance world and has also served as a guest artist for Penn State University.

Beyond the studio, Mackenzie is deeply invested in holistic wellness and collective trauma healing, particularly through sound and movement. While ballet and coaching remain her foundation, her practice also integrates movement, mindfulness, and healing. With a strong dedication to children and personal growth, she fosters spaces where students feel supported both physically and emotionally—whether through private coaching, choreography, or holistic practices.

Myriah

With extensive experience in leadership, the arts, and advocating for violence response and trauma healing, Mhoon has dedicated her career to supporting communities across Arizona. After 6.5 years, Myriah recently resigned as the Chief Executive Officer of New Life Center, one of the largest domestic violence shelters in the country. In 2015, Mhoon became a statewide leader when she was appointed to work in the Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family. She staffed the Arizona Governor’s Commission to Prevent Violence Against Women, and helped staff the Arizona Guidelines for Developing a Regional Response to Youth Sex Trafficking project through the Arizona Human Trafficking Council. During her three-year tenure in the Governor’s Office, Mhoon also staffed the domestic violence awareness campaign, Lighting Arizona Purple. In 2016, she sat on Arizona’s Sexual Assault Evidence Collection Kit Task Force, guiding the Governor’s Office with recommendations to combat the backlog of rape kits in the state.

Driven by her passion for social change, justice and her deep understanding of complex macro issues, she continues her work through consulting, coaching, where she offers strategic support, leadership support and personal wellness. Myriah believes leadership resiliency comes when we allow people to rest safely, and to hold space for one another, and to allow all of our Part’s to take up space and shine.
