The Collaborative Story

The Beyond Balance Collaborative was born from a cohort of childhood friends, who grew up together in a Chicago Dance studio. Individually, each woman grew into their deep individual passion for leadership development, creative expression, and community-driven impact. Thirty years later, the group recognized that the origin of the next phase of their professional lives, existed already, yet needed a “Landing” .

The Beyond Balance Collaborative has grown to offer a unique blend of leadership consulting, nonprofit strategy, creative arts and publishing. Whether working with leaders to foster resilience or partnering with artists to ensure equitable representation in the industry, Mhoon Landing is committed to making lasting change.
